1, the input AC voltage is too low. The use of plasma cutting machine site has large electrical facilities, cutting machine internal main circuit components failure, etc., will make the input AC voltage is too low.

Solution, check whether the plasma cutting machine is connected by the network has sufficient this load capacity, power line specifications are in line with the requirements. Plasma cutting machine installation site, should be far layer of large electrical equipment and often have electrical interference. In the process of use, to regularly clean up the dust and dirt on the components within the cutting machine, check whether the wire aging phenomenon, etc.

2, the air pressure is too high.

Solution:Check whether the air compressor pressure is properly adjusted, and whether the pressure of the air compressor and air filtration pressure reducing valve is out of adjustment. After turning on the machine, such as rotating the air filtration pressure reducing valve adjustment switch, the gauge pressure does not change, indicating that the air filtration pressure reducing valve is out of order and needs to be replaced. Air pressure is too low, plasma cutting machine work, such as working air pressure is much lower than the air pressure required by the manual, which means that the plasma arc ejection speed is weakened, the input air flow is small dry value, which can not form a high energy, high speed plasma arc, resulting in poor quality of the incision, cut through, the incision tumor phenomenon.

3, the spark generator can not automatically break the arc.

Solution: The spark generator discharge electrode should be checked frequently to keep its surface flat, adjust the spark generator discharge electrode gap (0.8~1.2mm), and replace the control board when necessary.

4, poor ground contact with the workpiece. Grounding is an essential preparation work before cutting. Unused grounding tools, workpiece surface insulators and long-term use of serious aging ground wire, etc., will make poor contact between the ground and the workpiece. Solution: special grounding tools should be used, and check whether there are insulators affecting the ground wire and workpiece surface contact, avoid using aging ground wire.

5, torch nozzle and electrode burn.

Solution: According to the technical requirements of the cutting workpiece, correctly adjust the gears of the equipment, check whether the torch nozzle is firmly installed, the nozzle that needs to pass cooling water should be circulated in advance to make the cooling water. When cutting, adjust the distance between the torch and the workpiece according to the thickness of the workpiece.
