Cleaning and Maintenance Program

You need to clean and maintain your machine on a regular basis. Cut the head weekly, check the circulating water level and lubricate the lead screw. You must also clean the lenses, check the travel switch bracket and clean the muffler filter. Try to develop a routine maintenance and cleaning program to keep your machine in good condition.

Replacing Consumables

You need to replace consumables in about a year. This helps your machine work efficiently and provide promising results. Failure to replace them may affect the life of your laser marking machine.

Regular calibration and inspection

We recommend people to check the calibration regularly, at least within 6 months. If you have roughly used your laser levelers when they gave you a specific level of accuracy, then you can do it at the earliest. Also, hire an expert to check the machine regularly so that you can fix it before it needs to be completely replaced.

Cooling System Maintenance

You need to replace the water in your water dispenser on a regular basis. Generally, it is good to replace it at least once in a month. If there are no special requirements, the water cooler will also need to use distilled or deionized water.
